Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy, from cotton tablecloths to feather quilts, and put them into the
shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and
you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or
anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert
the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Shipping and handling is via one of the major carriers.
Small to medium sized parcels are sent with City Link next day delivery and for large
parcels we use parcel force 48 hour service.

availability. If the items are out of stock we will normally send your order to you in 14-21 business
days. International orders are generally received in less than 28 days. If

| If your item is not in stock, we will back order for
you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you
would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges |
| For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15%
VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt
button to reduce VAT to zero.

| Remittance Terms |
You may return any unopened items, except personalized
or custom ordered ones, within 14 days following your receipt of the
merchandise for replacement, refund or shop credit. Refunds of personalized or custom ordered items may only be given on the disgression of the management. No change of mind refunds are given on sale lines. Items purchased at reduced prices can only be returned if they are faulty.

All items that are custom made cannot be returned for a
refund. Any items purchased in bulk ie. more than ten pieces are
termed a special order and cannot be returned for a refund. Items must be
returned in their original packaging. Any items returned not in the original
packaging will not be refunded and will have to be returned to the client at
his/her expense. We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund
value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition
